FRUIT CHAAT

FRUIT CHAAT
Seasonal fruits all put together make a splendid sight indeed.
Preparation Time : 8- 10 hours
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Papaya, 1 inch cubes
1/2 small
Kiwi fruit , 1 inch cubes
2
Pomegranate pearls
1/2 cup
Orange segments
1/2 cup
Sweet lime segments
1/2 cup
Apple, 1 inch cubes
1 medium
Green grapes, halved
1/4 cup
Black grapes, halved
1/4 cup
Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala
1 1/2 tablespoons
Rock salt (sendha namak)
to taste
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
METHOD
Place papaya, kiwi fruits, pomegranate pearls, orange and sweet lime segments, apple, green and black grapes in a large bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Just before serving sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala and rock salt. Add lemon juice and toss the fruits well. Serve immediately.
