METHOD Place papaya, kiwi fruits, pomegranate pearls, orange and sweet lime segments, apple, green and black grapes in a large bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Just before serving sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala and rock salt. Add lemon juice and toss the fruits well. Serve immediately. |
